By creating an account or using Muska, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
2. Rentals and purchases
A rental lets you watch a movie for the rental period shown before you pay; it starts at purchase. A purchase lets you keep watching the movie from your account for as long as Muska offers it. Prices are shown in gourdes (HTG).
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by MonCash. Access is granted once MonCash confirms the payment. If you were charged but can't watch, contact us and we will look into it.
4. Personal use only
Movies are for your personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, or publicly show them, or try to get around any access controls.
5. Content
All movies belong to their rights holders. We may add or remove titles at any time.
6. Ending your access
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Muska at any time.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know on the site or by email.
